What are the rules for blind boxes?

A blind box is a packaging method that keeps collectible toys mysterious until they are opened. Blind boxes are usually presented in series, showing a series of collectibles; some models are harder to find than others, and these models are called “secret models”, “hidden models” or “chase models”.
Models in a box will not be repeated. If there is a secret model in the box, a base model will be randomly replaced.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped within 7-15 business days.

We process and ship all orders Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that your tracking information may take up to 48-72 hours to be updated on the carrier’s tracking website. Most packages take 7-15 days to arrive from the date they are shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on your location. Shipping usually takes 7-15 business days from the date of shipment to the final destination.

How can I track my order or shipping information?

Once the item is shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order. To track your order, please follow these steps: Help & Information – Track Order – Enter your tracking number – Click “Track”. What if my order shows as delivered but is actually lost?

There are a few things you can do, preferably within 24 hours of the item showing as delivered:

1. Confirm your delivery address.

2. Check mailboxes and other entrances.

3. Check if other family members or neighbors have signed for the package.

4. Check around your home for delivery attempt notifications.

5. Contact the carrier and provide your tracking number to initiate a claim.
6. Sometimes the carrier will notify you that the package has been delivered before it arrives, so we recommend waiting 24 hours.

If you have not received the item more than 24 hours after receiving the shipping notification, please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for further assistance. If the goods are confirmed to be “lost”, we will re-ship or refund according to your choice.

All missing item inquiries should preferably be notified to us within 7 days of receiving the item, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 7 days of receiving the item may be negatively affected due to uncertain factors outside the time frame.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us by email within 24 hours after placing the order: hypekube@gmail.com. We will process it as soon as possible after receiving your information. Please note that shipped orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Changing your order after it’s been placed can be tricky due to the very fast turnaround time for packages, but please contact us via email at hypekube@gmail.com with the correct address and we’ll fix it right away!

If, unfortunately, the carrier that delivered your order doesn’t offer address changes, try to receive your order at the original delivery address or contact the carrier directly for help. If the address is completely invalid, the package may be destroyed or returned to sender.

Please understand that we only accept returns for faulty or damaged reasons.
